My children inspired me to create this art print. They are lucky enough to be educated at school about anxiety and have explained to me how smelling the flowers and blowing the candles help us to breath and calm down. We have a very open household and talk about our feelings and worries which has helped us all overcome different forms of anxiety.

I’ve worked closely with the Freud House Museum in London and I have decided this would be an appropriate charity to support this year. AnnaFreud.org helps transforms  children and families’ mental health. They help children to normalise, understand and manage anxious feelings which is very close to my heart.
