Smell the Flowers & Blow out the Candles art print / greeting card / download My children inspired me to create this art print. They are lucky enough to be educated at school about anxiety and have explained to me how smelling the flowers and blowing the candles help us to breath and calm down. We have a very open household and talk about our feelings and worries which has helped us all overcome different forms of anxiety. Choose from a download, a5, a4 print or 6" greeting card. 50% of sales go towards AnnaFreud.org  I've worked closely with the Freud House Museum in London and I have decided this would be an appropriate charity to support this year. AnnaFreud.org helps transforms  children and families' mental health. They help children to normalise, understand and manage anxious feelings which is very close to my heart. Taken from their website: "Anxiety is a normal emotion – it’s one of our body’s natural reactions to stress. For young people, some level of anxiety is normal as they grow up and learn to navigate the world. However, it’s important that they have the tools to manage feelings of anxiety, and can tell the difference between normal emotions and more severe anxiety which is interfering with their everyday life."
