They are lucky enough to be educated at school about anxiety and have explained to me how smelling the flowers and blowing the candles help us to breath and calm down. We have a very open household and talk about our feelings and worries which has helped us all overcome different forms of anxiety. AnnaFreud.org helps transforms children and families' mental health. They help children to normalise, understand and manage anxious feelings which is very close to my heart. For young people, some level of anxiety is normal as they grow up and learn to navigate the world.
