It’s world mental health day 🧠 a day for hone

It’s world mental health day 🧠 a day for honesty & speaking freely without judgement. Although, I totally understand how hard this can be without the right people around you… but I urge you to find that right person & a safe space as it really does help. I openly admit I personally have experienced ptsd which has caused extreme bouts of health anxiety. The pandemic also caused anxiety to many of my friends and family, both young and old. Because of this, I started doodling a series of affirmation art prints for those struggling with self esteem & self acceptance. I can’t believe how many I’ve done now… 🖌️ Following on from this, I recently completed a young persons mental health course which was fascinating and so insightful 💡 Did you know that more than three hours of digital time a day can cause anxiety and/or depression, if not now, then later in life. This is why I’ve signed @theconversationstamford ‘s Cyberwise Pledge 📱 supporting their mission to improve the way children and young people interact with their smartphones in order to improve mental health and wellbeing 🧘 ❌ no smartphones for primary aged children
❌ no social media until 13
